For the last 10+ years, Bert has been perfecting his zucchini bread recipe. It started as a normal recipe: flour, baking soda, zucchini, butter. Over the years however, with each season and each batch, he's made tweaks and experimented with flavors, timing, and even different pans. His secret weapon? A spice blend of cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, and other aromatics combined with bourbon vanilla bean extract that is made in house makes this zucchini bread hands down the best zucchini bread you'll ever try, we guarantee it.
